Purdy's Petting Zoo is a privately owned zoo.
Therefore, the zoo does not receive state, local or federal funding of any kind.
All admissions proceeds goes directly towards caring for the animals and upkeep
of the zoo. This includes animal housing, appropriate diet, veterinary care, new
exhibit and design for all maintenance of the facility.

Pony Rides
Our ponies are sweet and gentle.
Take pictures of your child and make memories
for your scrapbook. If your child isn't ready to ride,
you will get your money back !
Pony Ride General Information
Anyone under 100 lbs. may ride the ponies.
Parents or guardians lead the pony around the Carousel path.
A staff member will lead the pony on request.
