Purdy's Petting Zoo is a privately owned zoo. Therefore, the zoo does not receive state, local or federal funding of any kind. All admissions proceeds goes directly towards caring for the animals and upkeep of the zoo. This includes animal housing, appropriate diet, veterinary care, new exhibit and design for all maintenance of the facility.

MOBILE ZOO ( We bring a select few animals to you )

Package #1 - We will bring 10 or 11 animals including a 2 Alpaca , 1 Llama, 1 Black Hawaiian Sheep, 1 Shetland Miniature Sheep, 1 Barbados Blackbellied Sheep, 1 Sicilian Miniature Donkey, 1 Micro Zebu (Miniature Cow) from India,  1 miniature horse, 1 Ring Taled Lemur,  1 African Spurred Thigh Tortoises,  and 1 Miniature Pot Bellied Pig. When in season we will bring baby ducks and baby chickens.

All of these eat out of your hands

The smaller kids get a kick out of sitting on and riding the tortoise. This package is for all age groups , young and old Priced at $400

Package #2 - We bring 2 ponies to your location and hand lead the kids around an area.  Pony rides are limited to kids 100lbs or less.
We also bring 2 goats and a baby pigs for the kids to pet and feed while they wait in line to ride the ponies. Priced at $400

We have done package #1 and package #2 tons of times.

Package #3  - We will do a combination of Package #1 and 1 Pony $600 or Both Packages for $700

 

*We have 3 different mobile zoo options. (Feed is included with all 3 options)
*Each Package is priced for parties inside of our local area, there will be a
$50 add-on for travel expenses if outside of Monroe County.
The mobile parties are booked for 2 hours anything over 2 hours will cost more.
