Purdy's Petting Zoo is a privately owned zoo. Therefore, the zoo does not receive state, local or federal funding of any kind. All admissions proceeds goes directly towards caring for the animals and upkeep of the zoo. This includes animal housing, appropriate diet, veterinary care, new exhibit and design for all maintenance of the facility.

2012 SEASON CALENDAR

2012 Spring Season starts April 14th - OPEN Sat. and Sunday only until School is out June 2nd.

2012 Summer Season begins June 2nd. (7 days a week)

2012 Fall Season is Weekends (Sat. and Sunday) starting
Sept.1 - Oct. 28th, 2012

We are currently CLOSED for the  Season.
We are very excited to be open with some new animals added this year & we are
expecting several new babies to be born in June.


Birthday parties can be held any day of the week, We also have parties after the normal
closing time.

We are also Open by Appointment Only the rest of the week for groups of 6 or more.
