The Germ Tent

By Jackson Lloyd

The germ tent came by BIS to teach the students about how to keep good personal hygiene.
A lady from UT used a lotion that mimics germs in order to put an artificial coat of
disease on your hands.  Students walked through a black tent which consisted of an
ultraviolet light. Highlighting the germs on your hands, along with most of the white
and other light colors on your clothes. She showed us a video on how you can keep your
hands clean using a paper towel to turn off the water and open the door.
It was a good exhibit for those in our school who sometimes forget to wash.
Remember to wash your hands.
